Evan was such a great agent!! He is very professional, very timely with responsive, and very passionate about his job. He cares about his clients and has many connections for other services in the area. We were first time homebuyers, and Evan did a great job of explaining everything to us and was happy to guide us through the process. Evan was able to get our first offer accepted, and worked with sellers to pay for some repairs that were found during the inspection. Evan made what I expected to be a stressful process feel genuinely easy. As a first-time homebuyer, I had no idea what to expect going in, and he walked me through every step without ever making me feel rushed or out of the loop. What stood out most was how hard he fought for me on price. We had a pass/fail inspection agreement in place, which usually gives buyers less room to negotiate, but Evan still managed to get the price down a considerable amount for me. He clearly knew how to work within those constraints instead of just accepting them. From offer to closing, everything moved quickly and smoothly — no unnecessary delays and no confusion about next steps. I never felt like I was chasing him for updates and he was always a step ahead. Evan had helped us buy our house previously so we immediately turned to him when it came time to sell. He handled all the stages of the process. He helped us with pricing, developed a sales plan and ran all the promotions and open house. We were under contract in 4 days. We will always recommend Evan to our friends and family. Evan is an incredible real estate agent! He is friendly, professional, motivated, and super easy to work and communicate with! In a housing market that is as competitive as it is having an agent who is easy to communicate with, and who is motivated to find you the perfect home is so important, and that’s exactly what Evan was! It didn’t matter what day of the week it was, if there was a house to see, Evan made sure we saw it. If we had questions regarding the house, he got us answers. He has a ton of knowledge in his field, and is also incredibly passionate about his work, which is how we found the home of our dreams!
